My Story
Cats. I said it, Cats stink. When I met my husband, Paul, he had cats and we ended up getting another one. I went searching for the strongest possible fragrance and went through so many options. I found warmers at a retail store but the warmers got SO hot! Then I went to an event and found an Autism Awareness warmer and bought it from the consultant. I didn't like the bar I purchased, but never heard from her again, so I started buying from the big retail store again (EW!!!) It still wasn't cutting it.
My friend from college had been sharing her success and she shared that Caramel Pear Crisp, a scent of the month at the time, was SO GOOD! So I went to another event and found someone with it. I used it and fell in love. I joined a week later!
Paul and I were engaged and I honestly just wanted to make about $800 to pay for our honeymoon flights to California! I ended up making more to help support our wedding funds and never looked back. Well, I look back with a smile on my face for the road God led me down.
Since then, I've worked hard to build something I never felt I had the confidence to build. I have grown and now I can help support my family while staying home with my now, TWO boys! We recently added a second little guy to our crew and we are blessed beyond measure, but that adds a whole new purpose! I need another six years to be available to care for our guy without going to work outside of the home! I am so thrilled to have found Scentsy!
